Greetings all; Lurk around long enough and an account creation, followed by a first post will surely happen. I enjoy reading the discussions and viewing the wonderful creations folks are posting here. I am not a very complicated guy: I am a father of two wonderful children, geek, gamer, and art hack who just happens to work with high performance compute clusters and robots during the day. After the kiddos are asleep, I'm either partaking in games, doodling away on my Intuous tablet, or reading. My gaming began on the Intellivision, TRaSh-80 color computer, and later my first PC -- with a math co-processor! Text adventures and Lunar Lander were eventually eclipsed by this wonderful new thing called an “online role-playing video game.” Meridian 59 was my first taste of MMOs and I have been hooked ever since. While I have played most of the MMOs to date, I am currently dabbling in the various free-to-play games. I have a long history with World of Warcraft progression raiding through Wrath of the Lich King, far too much time invested in shop keeping and making fish steaks in Ultima Online, fighting crime in City of Heroes, and-so-on-and-so-on. My foray into podcasting was brief, but I enjoyed Star Wars: The Old Republic well enough to chat about it with a few others as a co-host on the now retired The Cantina Band. Wildstar hit me about the time Scooter joined Carbine. I have kept a close eye on the game ever since. As far as Exile or Dominion... I'm here for the game, the story and the players. I'll be involved with both. Be well.
