Guild Site: www.hqguild.com Server: Undecided (PVP) Faction: Exile Raid Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 7:30PM-1AM EST About us High Quality is a hardcore guild with the motivation and ability to be one of the top guilds in the world. Comprised entirely of veteran MMO players with a shared demand of excellence, we strive to be the best in every game we play and will stop at nothing to do so. As we are fully focused on progression PVE, we hope to take and hold a top world spot from launch and for many years to come. What you can expect from Us A 100% progression based guild. Everything done by members of the guild will always be done to better the guild. This is a tit-for-tat concept that requires coordination and full cooperation by all members. It is by far the single most effective way to better your guild, and by proxy, yourself. If you don't log in every day with the intention of progressing your guild in any way possible you will not fit in. Constructive criticism. Many of us strive to be perfect in the games we play. That being said, we are aware that there is always room for improvement. If you don't take criticism well or aren't consistently trying to improve your play, this guild is most likely not for you. Anyone with a history of competitive gaming will tell you there are no perfect players. There is a perfect attitude that has proven to be most efficient; and that comes with a permanent will to improve. An "on time" guild. Nothing is more frustrating than logging on for raid and waiting for 2-3 people who consistently log on 15-20 minutes late. In High Quality we will always start on time if not 30 minutes early. Yes, we take raiding seriously; when you say "I have plans." you'll be referring to the raid you'll be assuring your attendance to. Responsible and drama free leadership. The leaders of our guild enjoy playing with other players and playing for the team. Inner-guild problems will be handled quickly and efficiently; maturely and fairly. As humans we all have faults; these need not get in the way of our goals. Expect open and honest communication between guild leaders and members. What we expect from You Attendance. During progression we will be raiding more often than not. While our raid times are set Sunday through Thursday from 7:30PM-1AM(est) this will be adjusted as needed. Starting earlier, ending later, or adding additional raid times are necessary for competitive progression and should be expected. If you are unsure of your availability but still think you are a top-tier raider include this information in your application so that we know your available time is not 100%. Mature Attitude. While the goal is to have fun, it's important that we get as much time out of time allotted for our raids. During trash and farm bosses there's time for jokes and messing around, during progression we try to keep a mature and serious attitude as to get as much progress out of the time we have. Please know that this type of guild is suited for those whose definition of fun is competitive raiding and that will always come first. Drama free. With 40+ people, it's common knowledge Sally will dislike Sue. That's okay. You both have the same goals; you are both in a progression guild that shares that goal. Keeping priorities and staying focused is something veterans in this field have gotten very good at; you should be aware of this and understand this concept well. Attendance and Loot Distribution Attendance will be short and simple. We require 90% attendance, end of story. On time in our guild means 15minutes before raid ready with consumables and whatever else is needed for the encounter. If you have to log on exactly on raid time or a few minutes after, you will have your character parked outside of the raid and post in the attendance forums at least 24hours before the raid. Obviously real life will happen and we understand, but if every other week you need to miss a raid or are late because of [insert excuse here], then your life span in our guild will be short lived. As for loot distribution, as launch gets closer we will be holding guild meetings and discussing with the entire guild what the best form of loot rules there will be. It will ultimately be chosen by the leaders/officers but we want to have input from everyone. What we do know is that it will most likely be a form of DKP as just free role or pure loot council in a 40man raiding environment usually leads to drama and it's our goal to keep that to a minimum. Conclusion We are very excited to play a game that is bringing PVE progression raiding back to its roots and are looking for players with the exact same mindset and drive as we have to really set a name for the guild come launch. While having an exceptional track record is always a positive when applying, if you havn't been in a hardcore guild before or have no server/world first achievements, but still think you have what it takes to be in the top 1% of players, please do not hesitate to apply. We understand that everyone needs to start somewhere and if you're willing to put in the effort to become a top tier raider then you are someone that we're interested in. While waiting for Wildstar's launch, aside from taking part in the beta test, we will be playing in the upcoming FFXIV ARR patch come December 17th on US-Behemoth and many of us have trailblazer packs for EQN Landmark, so feel free to add in your application that those are games you currently are or have interest in playing. Thank you for taking the time to check out <High Quality>. We hope to hear from you soon and if not, good luck in your adventures in Wildstar!
