to get hardware you need to go into device manager. That should give you the names of all your hardware at least. If you don't have that, the model of laptop would be fine too, since it's easily found using Google

    or you can run DXDiag

(Win Key+R, type DXDiag... and then just save the information. A lot of the essential stuff is in the 1st 2 sections... the rest is not essential for the normal user)

I haven't had ATI cards for a few years, but back then there were numerous issues and i still hear people having problems with their cards, i honestly can't remember the last time i saw someone type an issue regarding an Nvidia. (Thats not to say there aren't any just i truthfully can say i haven't come across a post(s) like i do with ATi.) Makes me wonder why people buy them things sometimes.

Having said that I've kept away for dual/triple cards in general because of the issues, that's all manufacturers included.

Was looking at the Titan the other day....it's kinda making me twitch a little, it's extremely tempting but i'd really be blowing money for no reason since mine hasn't had an issue with anything yet on full settings. (Crysis 3 is beautiful and steady fps)

Titan looks beast. Pretty damn expensive, though. Might be cheaper to just run 680 SLI.

I'd highly recommend the solid state drives. Loading screens are a joke, as in, I lol'd a great lol the first time I loaded up a game. Took less than half the time it usually does.
