Was thinking about how in my previous build, my Ranks in the Utility abilities didn't reflect my investment in their AMPs, and decided to make another PVE build for more consistent emphasis in Assault/Utility. Basically, by stacking +Crit my Quick Response* should lower the CD on Fixation, both of which allow me to spam all my abilities, giving me more chances to crit, which triggers Quick Response. Meanwhile, my Spectral Swarm, Geist, and Figments* are all being incredibly distracting, while my Reap has 30 seconds to do lots of crits and snares. If by some disaster I am CCed, (especially Rooted, Snared, or Tethered,) I get Armor from Iron Reflexes*, (and Absorption from Molasses*.) If I breakout, I get a Dash token from Breakaway*, which should help preserve my Max Shield Cap*. If my Shields fail, I will have to rely on Warden and Mending Banner to ensure that my Superiority* and Figment are triggering properly. Finally, lest we forget that the point of combat IS to kill the enemy, Haunt and Famine* lowers Magic Resistance.
    *AMPs

Of course, I could be wrong about Reaper triggering Quick Response, in which case I will replace it with Telekinetic Storm. If THAT doesn't trigger Quick Response, I will be a Very Sad Rowsdower.

Guessing thats a PvP build right? Far too much emphasis on CC's if its for PvE Raiding and the sprint boosts are a bit OTT imo as you'll only be dodging the occasional telegraph. Your last three abilities are support/CC based too.

Unsteady Miasma and Mortar Strike both use Volatility with no cooldown, choose one of them and get Arty bot or another DPS ability. Having an ability you use once in a blue moon on your bar is just a waste of space. You can save multiple LAS (Live Action Set) so you can have a full CC/support build ready anytime. Specialise!

Of course if this is a PvP build then it looks good other than the UM/MS cross-over.

Good suggestion, also changed my amp to get not get any extra bonus from heals and I picked up Keep up the pace, which increases my move speed for 2 sec by 12% every time I land a physical attack. So pretty much I'll be consistently 12% more mobile in combat if I keep pulse blast up most of the time :)

Nice, looking good. I'd probably drop Hamstring in Hybrid A/U and put some points on Strike Through in Assault.

Any pro-medics able to weigh in on this build?

Going for a HoT heavy build with the occasional shield boost.

This is what I am thinking for Spellslinger. On demand burst and debuffs/extra damage/spell power increase on crit while also providing some protection via strong shields with interrupt armor and CCs with Blink and Root and the ability to drop debuffs on self. Also the CD reductions will be very big for survivability along with CC Resist and a bit of PVP defense and run speed when speed buff isn't procing. Also keeps mobility at a maximum.

Since I screwed up earlier and put my own thread for one of my builds instead of putting it here I will try this again. First up is my new Medic build.

    http://ws-base.com/builds/generator...8.639.689.690.691.711.744.745.693.694.695.696

This build will focus on the use of Magnetic Lockdown as my main move. With tier 8 this should be able to be cast at almost all times keeping my opponent rooted at almost all times. When this is on cooldown or not needed to root I can cast Fissure and Collider. Using amps Collider will have a charge count of 2. I will also be doing additional damage to anyone that is snared or rooted (Magnetic Lockdown). I also use amps to try and boost my crit as much as possible so that I can have Atomize and Dual Shock as often as possible. Again I tier up Dual Shock to give charge count of 2 so on each crit I have 3 unlocked damage/heal abilities (Dual shock - Atomize - Dual Shock). Toss in a little Paralytic Surge for interrupt armor depletion, Emission for heals, and Crisis Wave for big heals and I should be able to dps pretty well and heal if need be.

Then I have my idea of a mobile DoT Esper.

    http://ws-base.com/builds/generator...9.379.380.381.384.385.383.324.349.331.332.475

Ok so I loved my affliction Warlock and wanted something with the same kind of flavor. This is what was born.

Spectral Swarm is the bread and butter of this guy. Tier to 8 and I have some life gain and added AoE. Geist at tier 4 for a little more life gain and an added DoT. Third DoT comes from amps in the form of Figment. Use Concentrated Blade T4 as an all around damage dealer so I don't twiddle my thumbs between DoTs. Blade Dance is there as more of an escape (with the added speed) and Psi Builder (it builds 2). Use 2 different finishers depending on the fight. Mind Burst for a single target and Telekinetic Storm for a group. With Storm either the enemy hurts the rest of his group or separates from them. There are many good uses for a skill like that. Add Crush for a interrupt armor depletion ability and a way to gain space again, and Catharsis for cleaning 3 (tiered to 4) debuffs and healing every 20 sec? Yes please. Amps add an almost constant snare and reduced magic resistance (more damage) on each hit. More magic damage on any snared foe, and even more magic damage half the time after each crit for 10sec. stackable 3 times. I also increased my base speed; With the snare from all attacks this will make me one hard guy to get a hold of. All my abilities are instant cast meaning that poor immobile Esper misconception in thrown out the window.

Anyway those are the two builds I am looking at for release. What do you all think? Please give me any criticism you can. I can't improve these builds if I don't get different views on it. You may see a glaring deficiency that I don't.

After watching a lot of twitch I don't think the above Esper build will work. Not enough attacks to keep me busy while being able to move. Looking into a Spellslinger option focusing on CC's but I have some thinking on it to do. I will post that when I have all my ducks in a row.

Yes you do have to be cautious about not including a basic attack. That's not to say it can't work entirely though you will have some downtime, most likely.

Due to recent changes to the game my builds have changed... as have my classes. So first off I have my Spellslinger.

    http://ws-base.com/builds/generator...8.483.294.199.282.283.284.259.295.926.316.203

This is a pure CC build. Gate to pull back runners. Flash Freeze to T4 to root people and reduce its cooldown. Spatial Shift for the ever so fun disorient and a interrupt armor deplete ability. Arcane Shock T4 gives me a magic based attack with a interrupt on casting time abilities, interrupt armor depletion, and cooldown reduced to 15 sec. And finally Void Slip for the get out of jail free card. That's 4 cc's and a "oh <REDACTED>" ability.

For damage I stay magic based and cooldown based for reasons. Chill at T4 gives me another CC in snare and cooldown reduced to 1 sec. And finally my spam ability Dual Fire. I get to heal and do damage, and do a decent amount of both. T5 it for more damage/heal and cooldown reduction to 1.5 sec. Finally add Runes of Protection for the survivability and team advantage.

I use cooldown and magic abilities due to my AMPs. One will increase magic damage on each magic damage ability that hits up to 3 stacks. Another gives a reduction in Magic Resistance by an unknown amount atm. Also Overpower will give 24% more damage on anyone that is Stunned, Disorientated, or Dazed, all of which I have in my CC toolbag. For added survivability I have a 50% better chance to see stealthed enemies, damaged decreased by 32% while dashing, and instant Void transport upon deadly damage for 4 sec.

Tell me what you think of it. I'll be back when I can finally nail down my Medic build. The latest changes have really done a number on the build I had in mind.

For my PvP DD Slinger, this is the spec I'm leaning towards. I love criticism, hit me with any opinions.

I think I have finally figured out the Medic. Let me know what you think. No really, please let me know.
    http://ws-base.com/builds/generator...0.622.635.745.640.641.642.718.637.638.639.625

This is a DPS medic build. Discharge at T4 to give me a charge builder and additional damage if all ticks hit. Fissure to reduce Technology Resistance and give me a DoT to up my chances of Crit-ing (you'll see why in a minute). Quantum Cascade at T4 for an additional tick and a Crit-ing DoT. And for the reasons for pushing Crit? Atomize and Dual Shock. Atomize T4 for additional damage and some armor pierce. Dual Shock T4 to give another actuator builder to keep Quantum Cascade going and my damage/heal ability (I like these if you couldn't tell from my Spellslinger build above). Mending Probes to give me a HoT allowing me to keep health up between Dual Shocks. Empowering Probes T4 increases my damage output and my Crit chance. Finally I have Paralytic Surge just to give me a stun, and an interrupt armor depletion ability.

AMPs give me the ability to keep both my assault and support power more equal since both will be needed and I will want to only focus on one mostly. In combat regeneration is there to help keep the health up along with Mending Probes. Empowering Aura gives me even more of a boost to my crit chances and those near me. Atomize is now able to be used after a deflection, giving a better chance of procs. And finally Chemical Burn to capitalize on the crit ability of the build; On each crit I will do additional damage DoT with 100% shield pierce. If this can also crit then even better to keep the crit train rolling.

With AMPs and my T4 Empowering Probes I will have a +17% crit chance (+14% without probes up). On each crit I can Atomize/Dual Shock and Chemical Burn triggers to give me more damage. I am very proc dependent on crits but if all goes well should be very efficient.

Anyway please tell me what you think. Holes? Deficiencies? Abilities you think would work better in place of others? I like input so please... uh... put some in.

First off unless the T8 ability has some effect you are really looking for I find it is more of an advantage to spread out the tier ups across many abilities to give more damage or whatever across more abilities. Also, since evolution is slow and I cannot read minds, especially across the web, it would be nice if you give a synopsis of how your build and the AMPs you chose for it would work.

Burst rotations focus on a few hard hitting timed spells. Spreading out points is counter-intuitive to that goal.

My last character has finally been decided. PvP tank it is. Warrior is the tool for the job. This is what I am envisioning.

    http://ws-base.com/builds/generator...21.13.126.127.128.132.133.134.137.22.95.96.97

Damage dealers are very limited. Menacing strike to T8 to build Kinetic Energy quickly and give a chance of self healing. Polarity Field is the only other damage first ability. Again T8 giving me 2 fields and added defense with 7% more armor if I'm in the field. Both of these also have increased threat so dungeons are doable without having to change abilities.

Bum Rush as a gap closer. Has an added benefit of reducing damage taken by 28% for 3 sec. after closing too. Shield Burst will give me a way to replenish my shields when they are depleted along with the shields of 4 allies near me at T4. And to be that annoying PvP tank... Kick, Flash Bang, Grapple, and Tether Bolt. This gives me Knockdown, Blind, Pull, and Tether respectively. Should make me a pretty sticky tank.

So now the twist in the build. You may have noticed I have NO ABILITIES that use my Kinetic Energy. This is by design. With AMPs while above 250 Kinetic Energy I have a 10% chance to deal 41.4% damage every 2sec. for 8sec. While above 500 my deflect and deflect critical hit increases by 5% and increase all damage by 12%. This damage boost will increase to 25% while above 750 Kinetic Energy. And once I'm maxed out in Kinetic Energy I will deal 34.3% damage to ALL foes within 8m every 2sec for 6sec. Many benefits that just increase as I build and don't use my energy. I also have a chance to heal myself a little more when I take physical and technological damage. I also increase my damage output by 14.64% to anyone that is Blind, Tethered, of Knocked Down (gee I can do all of those). And finally landing a hit applies a 6sec snare that will stack 3 times to help keep my target of choice from escaping so easily.

Anyway, my little different take on the warrior and how I like to play a tank in PvP. Please give me any feedback on this, or the other two builds posted above.
