Have fun getting this song out of your head...
I listen to heavy metal/euro metal/power metal usually, but for something different I'm listening to a lot of Glitch Hop
I must be an oddball. I tend to have no music playing while I am at the computer (other than whatever background music is playing on whatever game I might be engaged in at a given time, which currently is not now).
So what I am actually listening to are the ambient noises of my home/neighborhood.
Cars driving by, the clip-clop of horse hooves on the pavement as they make their daily trek past my house, a dog barking, various birds making various bird noises, the sound of tree leaves rustling in the breeze, the occasional power tool sounds from an industrious neighbor, a cow mooing, a ship blaring its horn in the nearby harbor, the hum of my computer's brain, the clicking of the keys on my keyboard as I type this post.....and that is just in the time it took me to answer this thread.
Just peace and "quiet".
At least you probably won't get tinnitus.
I listen to music which makes me relax from time to time. Could be anything from ambient music for museum exhibitions to classical or video game/movie soundtracks. An hour at a time or so at most. Usually after brewing a pot of high-grade Sencha in the afternoon.
