Introduction We've done haikus previously for a WSC competition but this time, we're going straight to silly-town and having you throw us together some WildStar-themed limericks! Timeframe and Entering To enter, all you will need to do is email your limerick to email@example.com before midnight EST on 27th January 2014 - the entries will be collated and sent to Carbine Studios for judging and the selection of the winners. Yes, you heard us - winners. Carbine will pick 13 of the finest limericks (be it fine craftmanship or wittiest wordplay) for one of their beautiful beta keys. Your entry email must include... - Your entry in a plain text format - Your WSC forum username - Your real name and postal address (for legal purposes) Please note that your entry will also be agreement to our competition terms and conditions (listed below). Prizes The winners of this little competition will get one thing, and one thing only - a coveted WildStar Closed Beta Key direct from the presses at Carbine Studios. Any complaints? What's a Limerick? As pulled directly from your friendly Wikipedia, A limerick is a short, humorous, often ribald or nonsense poem, especially one in five-line anapestic meter with a strict rhyme scheme (AABBA), which is sometimes obscene with humorous intent. The form can be found in England as of the early years of the 18th century. Additionally, there must be an identifiable WildStar theme to your entry! Example Entry Confused yet? Have an example, courtesy of moi (please don't shoot me for how dire it is - you can do better!) There once was an Esper from Cassus Who was popular with all of the lasses One day in a fight, he went and cast Geist Now the girls prefer all other classes! You get the idea? Hopefully that will enable you to think of something far, far better than I can. Good luck!
